Conference venue: Kursaal Engelberg

Built in 1902, the Kursaal - one of the most magnificent Belle Époque halls in Switzerland - has been shining in new splendor since October 2020 after a four-year renovation period. Around the Kursaal, the new construction of the imposing 5-star hotel "Palace Engelberg Titlis" is another milestone for Engelberg.

About Engelberg-Titlis

Engelberg-Titlis is the largest winter and summer holiday destination in Central Switzerland. The varied monastery village offers a unique holiday experience for families, beginners and professionals. The varied activities make your stay an unforgettable mountain experience.

Engelberg is located 25 kilometres south of Lake Lucerne in a wide high valley at around 1,000 metres above sea level. The surrounding mountains are dominated by the 3,239-metre-high Titlis glacier and local mountain and the 2,600-metre-high Hahnen. In winter, they guarantee snow until well into spring. Engelberg is also known for its varied skiing and freeriding area. In summer, on the other hand, everything revolves around hiking, mountaineering, climbing, biking and golfing.

Engelberg itself captivates with its individual and traditional character. The Benedictine monastery, founded in 1120, still has a decisive influence on the village world today. The monks still live, work and teach there. The remaining houses from the Belle Epoque are also witnesses to this time. Combined with the cosy Swiss flair, the special architecture gives the monastery village its very own charm.
