About
Next Gen Immunology is unique interdisciplinary think tank putting forward discussions on frontier areas of immunology, involving world leaders from science, medicine, microbiome and biomedical industry. As in previous NextGen Immunology meetings, this will be a meeting with only the most exciting unpublished work being presented and discussed by the leaders of the field, thereby pushing the community into the next frontiers of Immunology in years to come. This year, the meeting will be focused on understanding immunity in the context of health and disease – including the nervous system, cancer, metabolic tissue and mucosal barrier sites – as well as our meta-organismal partners: the microbiome.
We will highlight:
Interdisciplinary discussions between scientists, clinicians and Pharma.
New tools that will push the field forward in understanding the functional diversity of the immune response: from in vivo live imaging and single cell technologies, to ‘omics’ approaches.
Novel immunotherapeutic approaches highlighting novel targets and therapeutic strategies.
