Abstracts

Abstract Guidelines

Abstracts should be up to 300 words.

PDF file

An optional image may be included at the bottom of the abstract.

All authors who contributed to the research should be included. The presenting author should be in bold and underlined.

Abstracts should be prepared according to the template. Please submit your abstract via the  registration page abstract template can be downloaded here 

Posters should be prepared as pdf files, size A4. Please ensure that text is legible.

Optional 3-minute videos should be prepared in Youtube or Vimeo. You should save your video on either of these platforms, and you will be asked to upload the link.

Instructions for uploading your poster/video will be provided by June 6 by email to those who submitted abstracts.
