Climate

The weather in the Dead Sea area in February is sunny and warm during the day and cool at night. Temperatures range from 15°C - 30°C

Visas

Citizens of France and most west European countries do not need an entry visa to Israel. If in doubt, please check with the Secretariat, who will arrange for a visa, if required.

Language

The Symposium will be held in English.

Travel and Transportation

Ein Bokek is less than 3 hours by car from Ben Gurion Airport.  Organized transportation from the Airport to Ein Bokek will be arranged if there is a demand.  Please convey your wishes to the secretariat.  Rental cars are readily available.

Student Financial Aid

A limited number of subsidies will be available towards the accommodation of students in Ein Bokek.  If you would like to apply for student support, please indicate so in the registration form.
