The deadline for abstract submission is June 15
Abstract submission is only possible for registered attendees. A link to the abstract submission site will be sent out in the registration confirmation email. Only submit an abstract if you have received confirmation of your registration. Unregistered abstracts will be rejected without consideration.
Please submit your abstract only when its content and authorship are final (revisions will not be accepted). Multiple submissions by the same participant is not allowed.
Submitted abstracts will undergo scientific review by the Organising Committee and will be scheduled for presentation at SCG2025 only if accepted by the reviewers. In general, accepted abstracts will be scheduled as a poster presentation, with a small number selected for oral presentation.
By submitting an abstract you consent to giving SCG2025 permission to publish your abstract.
Withdrawal of abstracts can only be accepted if notified in writing and subsequently confirmed by the SCG2025 Secretariat.
