Neuroimmunology is considered today one of the fastest growing areas in biomedical science, with the potential to deliver major breakthroughs for the treatment of neurodegenerative and psychiatric disorders, autoimmunity, and cancer. Building on the huge impact of our previous ReThink Neuroimmunology meetings at the Weizmann Institute (2023), Saint Louis (2024), and Boston (2025), which catalyzed new collaborations and helped define emerging directions in the field, we convene again to accelerate the next wave of discovery.
This unique international meeting brings together the world’s leading scientists, physicians, and industry leaders for a three-day ‘think tank’, where the biggest discoveries and breakthroughs in neuroimmunology, cancer immunology, single-cell genomics, CNS immunotherapy, genome engineering, and AI-driven biology are discussed. Our ambition is to define future directions for these rapidly evolving fields and to accelerate the translation of their discoveries into human health.
